This garment is a reinterpretation of the 507XX jacket, restructured and reimagined in black corduroy fabric.
The fabric uses 8-wale High Mount Coal (100% cotton).
This heavyweight corduroy with pronounced ribs develops character and flexibility as fibers loosen through repeated wear and washing.
The material selection embraces aging effects, including fading and pilling.
The design retains the 507XX's signature shortened length and front panel construction.
The pattern ensures freedom of movement without excessive ease around the torso.
While maintaining its work jacket heritage, the material inherently limits its intended use.
All sewing is performed on iron industrial sewing machines, with reinforced stitching specifications prioritizing durability in key areas.
Stability and durability during wear take precedence over decorative appearance.
It is not intended for general everyday wear.
Designed for slightly formal occasions or environments requiring specific dress codes, its nature led to the name “Peaky”.

本製品は、507XX型ジャケットを基に構造を整理し、黒のコーデュロイ生地で再構成した一着です。
生地には、8ウェールのハイマウントコール（綿100％）を使用。
畝の立った太番手のコーデュロイは、着用と洗濯を重ねることで繊維がほぐれ、表情と柔軟性が増していきます。
色落ちや毛羽立ちを含め、経年変化を前提とした素材選定です。
設計は、短めの着丈とフロント切り替えを特徴とする507XXの構造を踏襲。
可動域を確保しながら、胴周りに過度なゆとりを持たせないパターンで組んでいます。
ワークジャケット由来の設計を維持しつつ、素材によって用途を限定しています。
縫製はすべて鉄製の工業用ミシンで行い、主要部には強度を優先した縫製仕様を採用。
外観の装飾性よりも、着用時の安定性と耐久性を重視しています。
日常着としての汎用性は想定していません。
やや改まった場、一定の服装条件が求められる環境での着用を前提とし、その性質から「Peaky」と名付けています。
